The SKULL SLICER is a former sporting champion-turned fast and vicious lieutenant of the SKULL RAIDERS who fights with four arms at once. He is on guard at the ARENA at the MASK MAKER CITY, so anyone who wishes to pass through must defeat him first.
The SKULL SLICER has the ability to extract elemental power from the MASKS OF POWER by wearing them. The SKULL SLICER wears a SKULL SPDER MASK and carries three RAZOR SHARP HOOK BLADES, capable of cutting through solid stone and the MASK GRABBER, which he uses to obtain masks. Even with four arms disarmed, the SKULL SLICER can still scratch his opponents with his BONE SPIKES.
The SKULL SLICER is portrayed by KENTA HISAKAWA, a very tall and gentle actor who previously portrayed VEZON and TAKADOX in the original BIONICLE film series.
