KULTA is the dark undead being who serves as the lord and commander of the SKULL RAIDERS, who see him as the SKULL GRINDER. Commanding his minions at every move, KULTA wields unimaginable power. His heavy, jagged blades will smash anyone who is foolish anyone to stand in his way. It is likely that even the MASTERS will need some kind of help to stand a chance against KULTA. He is sought by MAKUTA to destroy the MASKS OF POWER and the MASK OF CREATION in preparations for MAKUTA's reign of darkness.

With his dark power, KULTA created the SKULL CREATURES, such as the SKULL WARRIORS and the SKULL SCORPIOS, where they're stationed at the MASK MAKER CITY. Out of the SKULL RAIDERS, KULTA is the strongest, even stronger than the LORD OF THE SKULL SPIDERS. KULTA wore a special SKULL MASK. He wielded the MASK STEALER STAFF, the most feared weapon of all of OKOTO, which allowed him to steal masks from unsuspecting beings and drain them from their energy. He wields the HOOK BLADE as his secondary weapon.

KULTA is portrayed by JOHN TATUM, the brilliant and professional actor capiable of doing dark and imtimidating impressions of evil characters.
